In Oncourse CL, how do I edit my site information if I've removed the Site Setup tool?

Note: To complete the procedures in this document, you must be assigned a role having the necessary permissions. To determine your role, follow the directions in Participant roles. To view a list of permissions associated with a given role, see Permissions, roles, and tools. For a basic understanding of roles and permissions, see Permissions and roles: Overview.

It is possible to edit your site information, even if you have removed the Site Setup tool. You may access all the features of Site Setup through Worksite Setup in My Workspace. To do this:

  1. From the menubar in My Workspace, click Worksite Setup.

  2. Check the box next to the site you wish to edit, and then click Edit.

    Note: Although you can check multiple boxes, you can only edit information about one site at a time.

  3. You now have the option to modify the site information at the top.
