How can I give feedback or ask a question about Oncourse?

UITS encourages students, faculty, and staff who use Oncourse to provide feedback and ask questions.

Give feedback

To provide feedback about Oncourse or submit a feature request, use the Contact Us form (also available within Oncourse in the upper right corner of the page). Within the form, select Make a Suggestion.

Ask a question

To ask a UITS Support Center consultant a question about Oncourse, do one of the following:

  • Use the Contact Us form (also available within Oncourse in the upper right corner of the page). Within the form, select Ask for Help.

  • Send email to  oncrs@iu.edu .

  • Contact your campus Support Center.

Note: Oncourse specialists are available only during normal business hours. For immediate assistance and after-hours support, contact your campus Support Center.
