At IUB, as a course instructor, how can I schedule library instruction?

At Indiana University Bloomington, course instructors may schedule library instruction for a class. Each session is designed to introduce students to the information resources and research strategies required to successfully complete assignments, papers, and projects for a specific course. Sessions cover a variety of topics, including searching specialized databases, finding scholarly research and publications appropriate for the course, and evaluating information. Most library instruction sessions are held in the library and taught by a librarian or graduate assistant.

To schedule a library instruction session, instructors can fill out the Library Instruction Request Form. For more information, see the IUB Libraries: Instruction Policies page.
