What technical support is available for CPSrf?
If you are an instructor at Indiana University and have problems with the CPS software on computers installed in classrooms at IU Bloomington or IUPUI, contact Classroom Technology Services. For pedagogical assistance and basic information about using the CPS software in your classes, contact your campus Center for Teaching and Learning.
You can access technical support for the Classroom Performance System rf (CPSrf) from eInstruction via phone, email, an error submission form, and a chat room. Additional help is available through the eInstruction knowledge base, including solutions to common issues and step-by-step guides to common CPS tasks.
If you suspect your CPSrf response pad is defective, contact eInstruction. A technical support representative will work with you to confirm the problem and provide the information required for a prompt replacement through your campus bookstore.
To speak directly with a technical support representative, call
940-483-1901 (or toll-free 888-333-4988) Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm or
Friday 7am-5pm CST. You can also send email to
techsupp@einstruction.com at any time.
An error submission form and the live technical support chat room
are available on the eInstruction web site. To access these options,
visit the eInstruction web
site. Select User Area and then click Customer
Support.
