Can I return my CPSrf response pad and/or activation code for a refund?
The Bloomington IU Bookstore will make refunds only for unopened CPSrf response pad and activation code packages. For policy information at other campuses, contact your local campus bookstore.
eInstruction will refund activation codes purchased online if you dropped your class within 10 days of the class start date, or if the professor dropped his or her use of CPSrf within the first two weeks of the semester. To request a refund from eInstruction, you will need to provide the following information:
- Start date of the class
- Name of the university
- Full name on the credit card used
- Last four digits of the credit card number
