In Oncourse CL, when will students have access to their final grades?

Grades you submit by 8pm Sunday-Friday will be available to students by 7am the next day. Grades you submit by 8pm Saturday will be available by 7am Monday.

The registrar at each campus normally sets deadlines for final grade submission in accordance with a course's final exam date and time. The registrar also will enforce a deadline for submitting final grades via Oncourse CL. After the Oncourse CL deadline, faculty must contact the registrar to submit final grades.

In general, the SIS Grade Roster tool will be available to faculty the Thursday before the date of grade submission for the first IU campus.
