If I have a parking permit from one IU campus, can I park at another IU campus?
Parking permit designations are not the same across all Indiana University campuses. For example, a D permit at IU Bloomington, issued to students in campus housing, is different from the D permit at IUPUI, issued to individuals with disabilities. Do not assume that the letter on your permit allows you to park in lots with those letters at another campus.
Anyone with an A pass from any IU campus can park in an A, C, E, or garage space at IUB. Anyone with a student pass from any IU campus can park in any IUB E lot; between 5pm and 7am, anyone with a student pass can also park in any of the Bloomington garages.
If you have an A permit from IUB, you can park in any A, B, and E areas at IUPUI. A C permit from IUB allows you to park in IUPUI's E lots. With a student E or D permit from IUB, you can park in E spaces at IUPUI.
Be aware that you must have a parking permit to park on another campus. Departmental clips from one campus will not suffice at another campus.
