Using Oncourse, how can I tell which server I'm on?

If you're experiencing problems with Oncourse and contact the Support Center, a consultant will most likely ask for the Oncourse server to which you are connected. You can find the server name on the very bottom of the Oncourse screen; the name should be the letters "esappo" followed by two numbers (e.g., esappo02).
