In UMS voice mail, how do I change my greeting?

To change your outgoing voice mail greeting in Unified Messaging Service (UMS):

1. Dial the telephone number for UMS on your campus. For more information, see What are the telephone numbers for UMS?
   
   
2. If you are off campus, you may be prompted to enter your 10-digit mailbox number.
   
   
3. When prompted, enter your UMS passcode.
   
   
4. At the main voice menu, press 5 for Manage Personal Options.
   
   
5. Press 4 for Manage Personal Prompts.
   
   
6. Press 1 to Record Voicemail Greeting. When you have finished recording your greeting, press 1.
   
   
7. To save your voicemail greeting, press 1.
