About using a third-party account in OneStart to view a student's personal information
Note: You will need the student's 10-digit University ID Number and a username and password supplied by the student to complete these tasks.

Logging in and viewing information
Note: The Student Center and other Self-Service applications use pop-up pages and subpages. If your Internet pop-up blocker is set to block all pop-ups, you'll need to turn it off or change the setting to allow them; see How do I enable or disable pop-ups in web browsers? For further assistance, contact your local Support Center.
In OneStart, to log into your third-party account:
- From the OneStart page,
select the
3rd Party Accesssection on the left.
- Read the "Agreement to Terms" statement, and then select
Click here to view student information.
- On the following screen, enter the student's University ID number,
and the username and password that your student created for you.
Click
Submit.
- A new
View Student Informationwindow should appear. Click any of the links to view the student's information. To return to theView Student Informationwindow, clickReturn.
Changing your third-party account password
To change your third-party password:
- From the
View Student Informationwindow, clickChange Password.
- On the next screen that appears, in the "Old Password:" field,
enter your current password.
- In the "New Password:" field, enter your new password.
Note: Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and contain at least one digit, may contain a space, and are case sensitive.
- Enter your new password in the "Confirm Password:" field, and
then click
Submit. To cancel changing your password, clickCancel.
