When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, what should I do if I receive an error message?
When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, you may receive the following error message:
"The Operation Failed. An Object could not be found."
In such cases, you must clear the form cache in Outlook:
- In Outlook 2007 or 2003, from the
Toolsmenu, selectOptions....
- Click the
Othertab, and then clickAdvanced Options....
- Click
Custom Forms..., thenManage Forms..., and thenClear Cache.
