When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, what should I do if I receive an error message?

When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, you may receive the following error message:

The Operation Failed. An Object could not be found.

In such cases, you must clear the form cache in Outlook; see In Outlook, how do I clear the form cache?
