When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, what should I do if I receive an error message?

When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, you may receive the following error message:

"The Operation Failed. An Object could not be found."

In such cases, you must clear the form cache in Outlook:

  1. In Outlook 2007 or 2003, from the Tools menu, select Options... .

  2. Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options... .

  3. Click Custom Forms... , then Manage Forms... , and then Clear Cache.
