In Oncourse, how do I set permissions for a portfolio tool?

To set permissions for a portfolio tool (e.g., Matrices or Wizards) in a site you manage:

  1. In the menubar of the relevant site, click the desired tool name.

  2. At the top of the page, click Permissions.

  3. The Permissions page will open. You will see a table of roles and actions that can be performed in the tool in question; possible roles include:

    • assistant
    • observer
    • evaluator
    • reviewer
    • coordinator
    • participant

Check the box under any action to allow that role to perform it.

  4. When finished, click Save to save the selected permissions.
