In Internet Explorer 7 and higher, how can I enable the classic menu bar?

To enable classic menus (e.g., File, Edit, View) in Internet Explorer 8, click Tools, then Toolbar, and then Menu Bar. In Internet Explorer 7, click Tools, and then Menu Bar. Unlike previous versions, Internet Explorer 7 and above will display menus underneath the address bar and standard browsing buttons.
