ARCHIVED: How can I find out what software is available on the TeraGrid?

Coordinated TeraGrid Software and Services (CTSS) provides software packages and services on various TeraGrid resources. Use the CTSS Catalog to search for software or services by name, identify resources that have the software you need for a particular task, or see the CTSS capabilities available on each resource.

TeraGrid also supports a wide range of third-party scientific, visualization, and mathematics software. The TeraGrid staff installs and maintains this software at each resource provider site. To search for software by software title, TeraGrid platform, or science category, visit the Software Repository.

Alternatively, using the Comprehensive TeraGrid Software Search, you can find publicly available software and services anywhere on the TeraGrid, including CTSS software, third-party (local) software, and software available through Science Gateways. Search by software name, description, class, version, resource, site, science category, or compiler/MPI information, or use a combination of criteria. Suggested values appear when you choose each criterion type.
