At IU, which BlackBerry devices support playback of UMS messages?

BlackBerry devices must run OS version 4.5 to support playback of audio files created for voice mail messages left in the Unified Messaging Service (UMS). To find the version of BlackBerry OS you are running, see For a BlackBerry at IU, what software do I need and where do I get it?

Note: Voice mail messages are played via the stereo speaker (speaker phone), and not through the earpiece normally used when making phone calls. To keep your voice mail messages private, set the speaker phone volume to a low level.
