Login is for authorized groups (e.g., UITS, OVPIT, and TCC) that need access to specialized Knowledge Base documents. Otherwise, simply use the Knowledge Base without logging in.

What is a TeraGrid-wide login?

Note: The information below assumes you have finished all the initial procedures for getting a TeraGrid allocation. If you have not completed all these steps, see How do I get started using the TeraGrid?

Your TeraGrid-wide login is another name for your TeraGrid User Portal username and password, which you can use for Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication to all TeraGrid resources on which you have accounts.

Your TeraGrid-wide login is mailed to you in your allocation information packet. Immediately after receiving your packet, you should change your password.

If you lose your packet and cannot remember your TeraGrid-wide login, email  help@teragrid.org .
