How do I transfer an allocation from one XSEDE system to another?

To transfer an allocation (or a portion of service units) to another digital service on the Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE), submit your request via the XSEDE User Portal:

Use the XSEDE SU Converter to convert service units on your platform to the equivalent amount on the other platform.
Log into the XSEDE User Portal.
On the My XSEDE tab, click Allocations/Usage.
From here, you should be able to access the Partnerships Online Proposal System (POPS), and submit your transfer request. Use the instructions at Specify Allocation Request Options?. If you need help, contact the XSEDE Help Desk.
