How do I set up authentication with SSH keys on an XSEDE digital service?
To set up authentication using SSH key pairs, you must generate an SSH key pair on your computer. The key pair consists of a private key, which will remain in a secure location on your computer, and a public key, which you will transfer (copy and paste) to the Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) digital services you use. For complete instructions, see Logging in with SSH Key Pairs in the TeraGrid User Support archives.
