About Communicator Web Access (CWA)

Note: Communicator Web Access (CWA) is no longer available at Indiana University as of January 31, 2012. This affects those who logged into CWA using a browser, and those who used iDialog on an iPhone or other device. Alternatives to CWA include the following:

• Downloading the Lync client for Windows, Mac OS X, or a supported mobile device; see About Microsoft Lync and Communicator clients or At IU, what mobile clients can I use with UniCom?
  
  
• For those with Exchange accounts, web-based instant messaging is available via Outlook Web App. See Chat in Outlook Web App.
  
  
• Setting call forwarding options using Lync or a Polycom CX600 phone (see Guide to Polycom CX600 phones).
