Following is information about support hours during spring break 2020 at Indiana University Bloomington and IUPUI. For normal Support Center hours, see Contact your campus IT Support Center.

IUPUI CrimsonCard offices

The CrimsonCard office at Campus Center 217 will maintain normal hours during spring break.

Regional CrimsonCard offices

The following CrimsonCard offices at the IU regional campuses will be open during spring break:

Classroom Technology Services (CTS)

CTS at IUB will be open during the week from 8am-5pm; at IUPUI, hours are 8am-5pm. Both are closed over the weekend, resuming normal hours on Monday, March 18.

Technology Center Consulting (TCC)

STCs at IUB

In the Learning Commons, TCC will be available the week of spring break, March 10-16. Most other labs will be closed during the break.

• Friday, March 8: TCC will staff the Learning Commons until 9pm.
• Saturday, March 9 through Saturday, March 16: TCC will staff the Learning Commons during the following times:
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 1-5pm
  • Monday through Friday: 8am-5pm
• Sunday, March 17: Open at 11am and resume regular staffing hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

STCs at IUPUI

• IT 131:
  • Friday, March 8: Open until 8pm
  • Saturday, March 9 through Saturday, March 16: Closed
  • Sunday, March 17: Opens at 12pm and resumes normal staffing
• BS 3000: No longer a staffed location. The suite will be open per Testing Center hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
• ET 002, ET 004, ET 019:
  • Friday, March 8: Closes at 6pm
  • Saturday, March 9 through Sunday, March 17: Closed
  • Monday, March 18: Regular hours resume at 8am
• All other labs will be closed; regular hours resume Monday, March 18.

RTCs

The Residential Technology Centers (RTCs) will be unstaffed the week of Sunday, March 10. Staffing will resume Monday, March 18.
