  • Exporting and Importing as archive
The most convenient way (in terms of date and hierarchy retention) of transferring your email to another mail system is to use Outlook to create an archive (.pst) of your mail, and then import that into the other mail system; however, the other mail system must then support IMAP protocol. If it does not, you need to use one of the other listed methods.
  • Redirecting a message from Webmail
Redirecting messages will preserve each message's original date, time, and sender when sending them to your other account.
  • Forwarding a message from Webmail
Forwarding your messages will apply current date and time stamps to messages you forward, rather than the date and time when messages were originally sent to you. Additionally, forwarded messages will appear to come from you rather than the people who originally sent the messages.
  • Forwarding multiple messages from Webmail
