Login is for authorized groups (e.g., UITS, OVPIT, and TCC) that need access to specialized Knowledge Base documents. Otherwise, simply use the Knowledge Base without logging in.

In Oncourse, how can I view all my matrices in one place?

You can set My Workspace so that all the portfolio matrices you participate in are displayed in one place:

  1. From My Workspace, click Worksite Setup, check My Workspace, and then click Edit.

  2. Click Edit Tools.

  3. To add the Matrices tool to My Workspace, check Matrices.

  4. Click Continue at the bottom of the screen, and then Finish on the next screen to confirm.

When you click Matrices in the menubar of My Workspace, you'll be able to access all the matrices in which you're a participant. Click the name of the matrix you wish to use.
