At IU, how do I configure my BlackBerry to read my IU mail without a BES account?
The BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) redirects mail from an Indiana University Exchange account to a BlackBerry. However, you can also set up your BlackBerry to receive your IU email (Imail, Umail, IU Webmail/Cyrus, or Exchange) directly, without a BES account. Follow the appropriate instructions below.
Note: Some phones are not able to use wireless email activation. If you are having difficulties configuring your BlackBerry to read email, try configuring it from a computer, using the links at the bottom of BlackBerry Smartphone and Email Account Setup. Click the link that corresponds to your provider.
