In ePortfolio, how do I export or import a wizard?
In ePortfolio, you can export a wizard (i.e., all of the structure, guidance, and forms), and then import it into the same site or another site.
Exporting a wizard
- From the menubar in your ePortfolio site, choose
Wizards.
- Next to the wizard you wish to export, click
Export.
- Click
Saveto save the file, and be sure to remember the filename and location of the exported file. The file will be saved as a.zipfile.
Importing a wizard
Before you can import a wizard, you need access to an exported
wizard in .zip format.
- From the menubar in your ePortfolio site, choose
Wizards.
- From the menu near the top of the page, choose
Import.
- On the Import Wizard page, click
Select files.
- On the Add Attachment page, you can:
- Select the file if it has already been uploaded to a Resources
folder. Click
Selectnext to the file if it is in the current site, or clickShow other sitesto navigate to the site containing the wizard.zipfile you wish to import, and then clickSelect.
- Upload the wizard
.zipfile if it is not already in Resources. From theAddmenu next to the appropriate folder, chooseUpload Files. ClickBrowseto navigate to the appropriate file on your local computer, and select it. You can import several wizards at one time by choosingAdd Another File. When you have chosen all the files you wish to upload, clickUpload Files Now.

Continueat the bottom of the page.
- Click
Importto import the file.
