In ePortfolio, how do I preview and publish a wizard?

After you have created (or imported) a wizard and added all of the categories, pages, guidance, and forms, it is still not available for site participants. You need to publish the wizard before your site participants can access it.

Note: After a wizard is published, you can no longer add, move, or delete pages or categories. You can still add and change forms until the page containing them has been used. Guidance and evaluators can be added or modified at any time.

  1. From the Manage Wizards page, locate your new wizard, and click Preview underneath its name. Preview will change to Publish.

  2. Click the name of the wizard to open it in Preview mode. The wizard will display as it will appear to participants. You and other users can test the wizard by attaching files, completing forms, and submitting pages.

  3. When you are satisfied with the wizard and ready to publish it, click Return to Wizards at the bottom of the wizard main page.

  4. Under the name of the wizard, click Publish. Test data created in Preview mode is removed, and the wizard is ready to use.
