In EPIC, what should I do if I get an error when I try to shop contracts?
Any of the following may cause an error when you try to access punchout vendors in EPIC:

Cookie settings: Set your browser to accept
cookies. For instructions, see the following:

Cache issues: Clear your cookies and your cache.

Vendors not previously accessed: Cannon IV and HP
products require that the user's department be registered before
anyone from the department is allowed access through EPIC. If you are
attempting to order from one of these companies and your department
has never ordered from them before, contact the UITS Support Center.
- Browser compatibility: Most modern browsers should work with EPIC, but you can verify your browser's compatibility in At IU, which web browsers does EPIC support?
Note: When prompted by Internet Explorer to view
secure or insecure content, be sure to select the option that displays
all content, both secure and insecure. Depending on your version of
Internet Explorer, this might mean selecting Yes or
