ARCHIVED: How do I install BlackBerry Enterprise Messenger?

At Indiana University, you can use BlackBerry Enterprise Messenger to access the UniCom service on your BlackBerry. (The software's full name is BlackBerry Client for Instant Messaging for Microsoft Office Communications Server.)

Note: BlackBerry Enterprise Messenger service is no longer available for accessing IU UniCom.

Note: At IU, configure your BlackBerry Enterprise Server account on your BlackBerry before downloading BlackBerry Enterprise Messenger; see About the IU BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and BES accounts.
