Login is for authorized groups (e.g., UITS, OVPIT, and TCC) that need access to specialized Knowledge Base documents. Otherwise, simply use the Knowledge Base without logging in.

In Oncourse CL, why can't I access some Web Content sites?

Internet Explorer 8 has a default setting that blocks non-secure web sites (those that begin with http: rather than https:) in the Web Content tool. You can change this browser setting to view the sites that are blocked. To do so:

  1. In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

  2. Click the Security tab, and then click Custom Level.

  3. Under "Miscellaneous", for "Display mixed content", select Enable.
