Using the Oncourse Forms tool, how do I publish a portfolio form?

In order to make a form available to site participants, you need to publish it. Before doing so, you may want to preview it to make sure that all fields, field names, and instructions are correct. See Method One in Previewing a portfolio form.

To publish a form:

  1. In the menubar of the portfolio site with the form you want to publish, click Forms.

  2. On the Manage Forms page, click Publish beneath the form you want to publish.

  3. When you see a confirmation message, click Yes to proceed or No to return to the Manage Forms page without publishing.

After publishing a form, the "Site State" column on the Manage Forms page will list the form as "published".
