Why are some people at IU not receiving the email I send them?
There are a number of reasons that people at Indiana University might not receive the email you send them, but the most likely are listed below:
- They have not registered their preferred email account with the
Account Management Service (AMS), or have done so
incorrectly.
- They do not have an active account that can receive email,
or their account has been disabled.
- They have exceeded their email quota, and cannot receive email until they clear space in their mailbox.
