How do I find the MAC address of my e-reader?

Nook

During the initial setup phase:

  1. On the bottom right of the screen, hold down the page turn button, and then tap Next.
  2. In the top left corner, tap the Device Info icon that appears. Your MAC address will display.

During normal operation:

  1. From Settings, tap Device Info.
  2. Tap About Your NOOK. Your MAC address will display.

Nook Simple Touch

  1. From Settings, tap Device Info.
  2. Tap About Your NOOK. Your MAC address will display in the list.

Kindle (non-Android)

From the home screen, tap Menu, and then Settings. The MAC address will display in the "Device Info" section near the bottom of the screen.

Kindle Fire

  1. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon (a gear) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose More, and then Device. Your MAC address will display next to "Wi-Fi MAC Address".
