In CRES, how can I change my password or preferences?
To change the settings for your account with the Cisco Registered Envelope Service (CRES):
- If your IU email account has not been registered with CRES, do
so; see How can I register my IU Exchange or Cyrus email account with CRES?
- Log into https://res.cisco.com/.
Edit Profilein the left-hand menu.
- Enter your changes on the
- Type your existing (not new) CRES password at
the bottom of the page to confirm, and then click
The changes to your profile will take effect immediately.
To reset your CRES password, go to https://res.cisco.com/, enter your
email address, and click
Password? and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you have problems resetting your password, contact your campus Support Center.
