ARCHIVED: On my personal web page at IU, can I use forms to generate mail messages?

Because CGI programs represent a potential security risk and require additional resources, forms (and other CGI applications) are not available on personal web pages on Mypage at Indiana University Bloomington and IUPUI (mypage.iu.edu).
