Login is for authorized groups (e.g., UITS, OVPIT, and TCC) that need access to specialized Knowledge Base documents. Otherwise, simply use the Knowledge Base without logging in.


At IU, how do I get support for Linux or Unix?

Note: If you do not have administrative rights for the system on which you need support, contact your system administrator.

To get support for Linux and Unix systems, Indiana University students, faculty, and staff can email the UITS Support Center. Faculty and staff also may consult their departmental IT support personnel.
