About the UITS Knowledge Management team

The Knowledge Management (KM) team delivers technical support to the students, faculty, and staff of Indiana University by managing the Knowledge Base repository and content in the UITS web site, and also provides software development and server administration for the underlying tools and systems. The team works with service providers and subject matter experts, both within and external to the IU community, to identify, collect, maintain, and provide information using a model of distributed responsibility for content and centralized publishing.

Note: The legacy Knowledge Base code will be replaced by a community-source solution available through the Kuali Foundation. See Kuali Knowledge Management System (KMS).
