To install video drivers in Windows NT 3.51, follow these instructions:

  1. In the Main program group, open the Control Panel. Double-click the Display icon.
  2. Click Change Display Type, then click Change.
  3. From the "Models" list, choose your adapter. If you are installing a separate driver not on this list, click Other and provide the full pathname to your driver files.

Alternatively, if you'd like NT to attempt to auto-detect your video card, click Detect.

  4. After choosing your adapter, click Install. You will likely need the NT installation files to complete the installation.
