ARCHIVED: At IU, how can I synchronize my passphrase on most UITS shared central systems?

At Indiana University, the easiest way to change your passphrases on almost all UITS shared central systems together is to use the Passphrase Maintenance utility at:

  https://passphrase.iu.edu/

To use the Passphrase Maintenance utility, you need to know your Network ID. If you do not know your Network ID, contact your campus Support Center.

Note: When you change your Network ID passphrase, it may take up to 20 minutes for all systems to recognize the new passphrase. UITS recommends waiting 20 minutes before logging into IU systems, such as Account Management Service and One.IU.
