At Indiana University, the easiest way to change your passphrases on almost all UITS shared central systems together is to use the Passphrase Maintenance utility at:

  https://passphrase.iu.edu/

To use the Passphrase Maintenance utility, you need to know your Network ID. If you do not know your Network ID, contact your campus Support Center.

Notes:

When you change your IU passphrase, it may take up to 20 minutes for all systems to recognize the new passphrase. UITS recommends waiting 20 minutes before contacting the Support Center if you have trouble logging into IU systems, such as One.IU.
You will receive email confirmation when you change your passphrase. For group accounts, the account and account owner will receive the message.
