ARCHIVED: At IU, what statistical or mathematical software is available, and how can I get it?

At Indiana University, the UITS Research Analytics group supports a variety of statistical, mathematical, and geospatial software packages, both open source and commercial, by providing software licensing and distribution, along with support and consulting services for users. IU students, faculty, and staff with valid university IDs can purchase or lease statistical and mathematical packages through Research Analytics. For details, contact Research Analytics. You also can acquire many of the available packages at your campus bookstore. Research Analytics also makes software available for use in the Student Technology Centers (STCs) at IU Bloomington and IUPUI, on IU's research computing systems, and via IUanyWare.
