At IU, how can I access medical library databases and full-text journals?

The Ruth Lilly Medical Library (RLML) provides electronic access to medical databases, journals, e-books, and clinical point-of-care tools to Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) and IUPUI faculty, staff, and students. Resources include UpToDate, ClinicalKey, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Scopus, AccessMedicine, AccessSurgery, and AccessAnesthesiology. IUSM and IUPUI faculty can access resources from RLML’s website.

Notes:
  • Campus availability: Some RLML resources are licensed for multiple IU campuses. You can access these resources from the website of the campus library with which you are affiliated.
  • Mobile devices: For information about using a smartphone or other mobile device, see IUSM Mobile Resources.

For basic questions about RLML and its resources, email Ruth Lilly Medical Library Reference or call 317-274-7182. For information on literature searching or advanced research, contact the library liaison assigned to your academic department or unit.
