Technical assistance for online courses

For IT Training online courses, if you have problems logging in, experience service outages, or find videos that don't work, contact your campus support center.

Problems with content

If think you have found procedural errors, an inaccurate statement, or similar problems in an IT Training Online Course offered through Canvas, contact IT Training.

Problems with Pluralsight

If you have a technical problem with Pluralsight, visit the Pluralsight help center.

If you have ordered a Pluralsight subscription and have not received your code:

  1. Confirm that you placed your order during business hours at least three business days ago.
  2. If it has been three business days, contact IT Training.

Other technical problems

Note:
On November 1, 2018, Microsoft retired its former eLearning environment, also known as Software Assurance eLearning. Any courses, transcripts, or certificates you had in the former eLearning environment are no longer available. IU users of this service were notified earlier in the year about this change. To access all formal training from Microsoft, visit the updated Microsoft Learning site (no IU login required). UITS IT Training also offers self-paced online courses on many core Microsoft applications at no cost to the IU community.
