Get technical help with IT Training online self-study courses

For technical help with online services provided by UITS IT Training, contact your campus Support Center.

Additionally, you can get technical help directly from IT Training's partner vendors on relevant services:

  • Skillsoft: Visit Skillsoft Customer Support to search for solutions, create a support ticket, or access real-time assistance using Skillsoft's Live Help. You can also call 866-754-5435 or 506-462-6612.
  • Microsoft Desktop eLearning: Call 800-636-7544 or 888-456-7077.
    Note:
    You must complete your eLearning trainings, and download or print your transcripts and certificates, by October 1, 2018. On that date, Microsoft is retiring the current eLearning environment and redirecting users to its new eLearning environment. After September 30, 2018, any courses, transcripts, or certificates you have in the current environment will no longer be available.
