In WorkFlows, why do I get the error message "Records are busy, please try again later"?

When you try to edit records in WorkFlows, you may see the following message:

"Records are busy, please try again later"

This generally means that another user or report is processing the records or files you are trying to access. While records are being modified, the system creates a lock on those files. This happens most often when system administrators are editing policy files or when records are being indexed.

If you encounter this message in WorkFlows while indexing is taking place (after 6pm on weeknights and at other times as announced), wait until indexing is complete.
