If you have problems accessing services in One.IU

Note:
Most issues can be resolved by logging out of your browser and signing back in with your University account.

If you have problems attempting to access services in One.IU:

  • Unable to log into One.IU: Verify that you are logging in using your IU username and passphrase, and not a group account. If you still can't log into One.IU, contact your campus Support Center.
  • Launching a service through One.IU generates the error message "I Do Not Have Permission": This issue is related to permissions assigned to your credentials. For help, chat with Support Center consultants at ITHelpLive.
