At IU, how do faculty and staff request telephone service in an office?

New office telephone lines for faculty and staff at Indiana University will use UniCom Enterprise Voice/Skype for Business/Lync in most cases. Traditional (i.e., analog) landlines may be available for specific needs (e.g., emergency phones or credit card transactions). To request telephone service, follow the appropriate instructions below.
