Overview

  • These instructions are to store numbers on your telephone itself. If you have a traditional phone, you can subscribe to the Speed Calling feature instead. Speed Calling stores numbers on your phone line, not the telephone. To store phone numbers on your traditional telephone, see the instructions below for your model.
  • If your traditional phone has been replaced by the UniCom service (using Skype for Business/Lync and/or a USB or IP phone), you add Skype for Business/Lync contacts, rather than storing numbers on the phone. See Adding people to your contacts list. However, you can also make calls by name to others at Indiana University without listing them as contacts; see ARCHIVED: Make a phone call using UniCom/Skype for Business.
