At Indiana University, you can connect to the UITS Oracle database Oed1prd from a Windows computer running the Oracle Client or from the IU Bloomington STCs. See:

The Oracle database Oed1prd has two sample user accounts, HRSAMPLE and SCOTT. These accounts are configured so that they cannot be modified, but can be accessed for reading or copying. For more, see ARCHIVED: Use the sample account on the UITS Oracle database Oed1prd at IU.
