Problems with Two-Step Login (Duo) notifications
If your device is not getting Two-Step Login (Duo) notifications:
- Smartphones and tablets: Check your reception and Wi-Fi. Otherwise, use Duo Mobile to generate a passcode. For more, see Use Two-Step Login (Duo) while traveling, or in areas with poor cellular/wireless reception or in airplane mode.
- Cell (simple) phones: Check your reception.
- Single-button hardware tokens, USB security keys, and landlines: Contact your campus Support Center.
If the troubleshooting steps above don't work, contact your campus Support Center.
