Optional software provided by XCRI for HPC cluster administrators

The XSEDE Cyberinfrastructure Resource Integration (XCRI) group provides toolkits that help US campus cyberinfrastructure staff build and configure high-performance computing (HPC) systems and storage resources used for scientific research.

Toolkits include Ansible playbooks that automate Globus Connect Server installations, and HPC-focused monitoring solutions, such as Ganglia and OpenXDMoD, that interoperate with OpenHPC's Warewulf and SLURM. These toolkits are available from the XSEDE GitHub repository.

Additionally, XCRI provides the XSEDE National Integration Toolkit (XNIT) to simplify the installation of a variety of scientific software packages; for a full list, see Packages included in the basic XCBC and XNIT software suites.
