About Kumo at IU

Kumo, known at Indiana University as IU Cloud Storage, is a service that lets you register file storage locations in the cloud. These cloud storage locations are configured automatically, and are then available to you when you're using IUanyWare or any IU-build workstation, including those in the Student Technology Centers (STCs) and in many departmentally managed computing labs.

Kumo is the name used by other institutions who are licensed to use this service. Kumo Client 3.1 is the name and version of the software installed on each device using the service. At present, the client is only available for Windows.

For more information about Kumo or to schedule a demo, email the Kumo team. To open an administrative support ticket, email Kumo help.
