If you're experiencing problems with Oncourse and contact the Support Center, a consultant will most likely ask for the Oncourse server to which you are connected. You can find the server name at the very bottom of the Oncourse screen; the name should be the letters "esoncprd" followed by two numbers (e.g., esoncprd02).
