Overview

Notes:
  • Taskstream is only available to students enrolled in the Schools of Education on the IUPUI and South Bend campuses.
  • If you receive a message indicating that your account has expired when you attempt to log in, contact the Taskstream Coordinator for your campus:

If you are currently enrolled at IU and covered under the current license agreement with Taskstream, your account will be reactivated.

In October 2019, Taskstream prepared an archive containing all file artifacts submitted to IUPUI DRF programs. The artifacts are organized into folders by DRF program and are accompanied by a .csv file indicating the author of each artifact. DRF program managers can send mail to ephelp@iu.edu to request a copy of the artifacts for their unit.

If you are a DRF program manager who still has access to Taskstream, and would like to make local copies of your assessment data, see below for instructions on how to export or download reports, student artifacts, and rubrics from Taskstream.

Export Taskstream reports

Before you begin

Note the following for both methods of exporting reports:

  • The Export to Excel and Print options for Taskstream reports only export the current view. Be sure to navigate to and export all the pages you want to save for a given report.
  • To keep report pages and associated artifacts organized, consider creating a separate folder with a meaningful name for each report before beginning the export process. Then save all of the associated report files and artifacts in that folder.

Export to Excel

  2. In the global navigation menu, click TS Coordinator.
  3. In the "DRF (Directed Response Folio) Assessment System" panel, click DRF Program Reports.
